Who I Am
I’m Gail Hackston, and I created Leadership Story Bank because I kept seeing the same thing in the leaders I worked with — brilliant, thoughtful people who had something important to say, but didn’t know how to say it in a way that landed.
Over the last 25 years, I’ve worked with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, comms directors, creatives, consultants, and changemakers across sectors. I’ve built strategies, written speeches, trained teams, coached individuals, and led narrative transformations across entire organisations.
At my core, I am a problem solver and a catalyst.
I help people unlock what’s already inside them and translate it into presence, influence, and clarity.
